Personalized cell therapy takes on childhood cancers

Summary
This study tests a new treatment called afamitresgene autoleucel in children and young adults aged 2 to 21 with advanced cancers that have a specific marker (MAGE-A4). The treatment uses the patient's own immune cells, modified to attack the cancer. The main goals are to check safety and see if the tumors shrink.
