Summary
This trial tests whether adding aerobic exercise and guided imagery to standard care can reduce bowel symptoms and improve quality of life in people with low anterior resection syndrome (LARS) after rectal cancer surgery. Participants will be randomly assigned to either the exercise-plus-imagery group or standard care alone.
