Summary
This study looked at whether a 10-week supervised aerobic exercise program can help people with pulmonary hypertension (high blood pressure in the lungs) become more active and feel better. About 97 participants, including healthy volunteers and patients, took part. Patients were randomly assigned to exercise plus education or education alone. The goal was to see if exercise improves walking ability, daily activity, and quality of life.
