Summary

This study looked at whether a 16-week brisk walking program, combined with dietary advice, could improve heart rate control and blood vessel health in adults with early-stage cirrhosis (liver scarring). Fifty participants aged 45-75 who were not very active took part. The goal was to see if exercise could help the body's automatic functions work better.
