Summary
This study looked at whether a 12-week aerobic exercise program could help women who have finished breast cancer treatment. 69 survivors were split into three groups: one did moderate exercise, one got physical activity advice, and one continued normal routines. Researchers measured changes in blood markers, physical ability, thinking skills, and quality of life to see if exercise made a difference.
