Inclusion Criteria: * Upazila and community clinics located in Dhaka division * Households with at least one menstruating adolescent girl and one menstruating woman * Menstruating women and girls residing in the selected households (married or unmarried) * Availability of local tailors working within the community Exclusion Criteria: * Intention to migrate or relocate from the study area within the next year * Unwillingness to participate in the trial * Inability to provide informed consent * Refusal of consent by a parent or legal guardian
