Summary
This study looks at how well people with schizophrenia or bipolar disorder take their long-term medication. Researchers will use pharmacy records to check if online questionnaires accurately measure adherence. Participants with low adherence can join a telehealth program with group sessions led by professionals and peers to learn strategies for staying on track. The goal is to improve health and reduce relapses.
