First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 16 times
Summary
This study tests whether a personalized diet plan, guided by continuous glucose monitors, can help Chinese and Vietnamese Americans with type 2 diabetes improve blood sugar control. About 120 participants will be randomly assigned to either the adaptive diet program or standard care for 12 weeks, with a 12-week follow-up. The goal is to see if the approach is practical and effective in lowering A1c levels and increasing time in healthy blood sugar range.
