NCT ID NCT06622850
First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Apr 29, 2026 · Updated 24 times
Summary
This study looked at whether acupressure can help reduce pain, anxiety, and stabilize heart rate and blood pressure in people undergoing a urodynamics test (a procedure that checks how well the bladder works). 68 adults were randomly assigned to receive either acupressure or standard care before the test. Researchers measured pain, anxiety, and vital signs right after the procedure and 15 minutes later.
