Summary
This study looked at whether acupressure, a technique that applies pressure to specific points on the body, can reduce anxiety and improve vital signs like blood pressure and heart rate in people who have had a heart attack (acute coronary syndrome). 68 adults participated. The goal was to see if this simple, non-drug method could help patients feel calmer and have better physical measurements during their hospital stay.
