Summary

This study tests whether using a smartwatch and a digital health coach can help people at risk for chronic diseases like high blood pressure, diabetes, and obesity become more active. Researchers will enroll 1,700 adults aged 21-75 who have risk factors or early signs of these conditions. Participants will wear a smartwatch and receive personalized coaching to improve their lifestyle habits, with the goal of preventing disease progression.
