Can a simple workbook ease the mental strain of prison life?
NCT ID NCT06162624
Summary
This study is testing a specially adapted self-help workbook to see if it can help reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression for people in prison. About 96 participants will work through the 8-week workbook on their own, with researchers checking in to see if it's helpful and practical to use. The main goal is to see if this approach is feasible and acceptable in a prison setting and if it leads to improvements in mental health.
