Summary
This study looked at whether Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), a type of talk therapy, could help university students in Malaysia with mild to moderate anxiety, depression, and stress. 32 students either received six weekly online ACT sessions or were placed on a waiting list. Researchers measured changes in unhelpful thinking and emotional control to see if ACT made a difference.
