Laser vs microneedling: which zaps acne scars best?

Summary
This study compares two types of fractional lasers (Erbium:Glass and Thulium) against microneedling for treating atrophic acne scars on the face. About 84 people with acne scars will receive one of the treatments, and doctors will measure scar improvement using a standard scale. The goal is to find which approach works better for reducing the appearance of scars.
