Summary

This study looked at whether a combination inhaler (tiotropium/olodaterol) can improve exercise ability in people with COPD who have overinflated lungs. 44 adults with COPD used the inhaler for 4 weeks. Researchers measured changes in oxygen use during exercise, heart function, and breathing. The goal was to see if the treatment helps patients be more active.
