First seen Dec 16, 2025 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 16 times

Summary

This study looks at how difficult childhood experiences and sleep problems might damage blood vessels in young adults aged 18-29. Researchers will track sleep at home and test blood vessel function. Some participants will get a sleep improvement program to see if better sleep helps blood vessels. The goal is to understand the link between early life stress, sleep, and heart health.
