Summary
This study tests a faster version of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) for people hospitalized with major depression who haven't improved with standard treatments. Researchers will personalize the stimulation frequency for each participant and deliver 25 sessions over up to 2 weeks. The goal is to see if this approach is safe, tolerable, and effective at reducing depressive symptoms.
