Summary
This trial tests a new antibody called acasunlimab, alone or with other cancer drugs, in people with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to standard treatments. The study has two parts: first to find safe doses, then to see how well those doses work. About 429 participants will receive the drug; no one gets a placebo.
