Summary
This study looks at how well the drug acalabrutinib works for people with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) when used in regular hospitals, not just in clinical trials. Researchers will track 350 patients in France for about 3 years to see how long they stay on the drug and why they might stop. The goal is to understand real-world benefits and challenges, without giving any new treatments.
