Summary
This study looks at how long people with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) stay on the drug acalabrutinib and why they might stop. It follows 350 patients from 70 French hospitals for up to 3 years, using medical records. The goal is to see how the drug performs in real life, not just in controlled trials.
