NCT ID NCT06170671

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 33 times

Summary

This study looks at how chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) patients in Romania are doing while taking the drug acalabrutinib in everyday medical practice, not in a strict research setting. Researchers will collect information from 250 patients' medical records over 3 years to see how long they stay on the drug, why they might stop, and how well it controls their cancer. The goal is to better understand real-life treatment outcomes and patient characteristics.
