New hope for hard-to-treat colorectal cancer: triple-drug combo enters human trials

Summary
This study is testing a new drug called ABT-301 combined with two other drugs (tislelizumab and bevacizumab) in people with advanced colorectal cancer that has not responded to at least two prior treatments. The goal is to see if the combination is safe and can shrink tumors. About 66 adults with a specific type of colorectal cancer (pMMR/non-MSI-H) will take part.
