NCT ID NCT03781141

First seen Mar 15, 2026 · Last updated May 09, 2026 · Updated 10 times

Summary

This study aimed to see if patients were more satisfied and had better-looking scars when their hand surgery wounds were closed with absorbable (dissolving) stitches versus non-absorbable (removable) stitches. The study planned to include adults having carpal tunnel or trigger finger release surgery. However, the study was withdrawn before enrolling any participants, so no results are available.
