Summary

This trial tests whether adding low-level laser therapy to a standard splint can ease the pain and locking of trigger finger, a common hand condition. About 91 people with trigger finger will receive either real laser treatment or a sham (inactive) laser, three times a week for four weeks, while all wear a splint. Researchers will compare changes in pain, triggering severity, and hand function between the two groups.
