Summary
This study looks at heart pumps (Impella) after they have been used in patients with heart failure. Researchers will analyze deposits and biological material on the pumps and see if they relate to patient health or medical history. The goal is to learn more about how the pump interacts with the body, which could help improve future care. About 200 patients who had the pump for several days or more will be included.
