Summary

This early-stage trial tests the drug abemaciclib (a CDK4/6 inhibitor) given together with targeted radiation for people with metastatic HR+ HER2- breast cancer that has spread to bone. The main goal is to find the safest dose of abemaciclib when combined with radiation. About 28 adults with stage IV disease will take part. The study is currently recruiting.
