Could a breast cancer drug shrink kaposi sarcoma tumors?

Summary

This study tests a drug called abemaciclib, currently used for breast cancer, to see if it can safely treat Kaposi sarcoma (KS) in people with or without HIV. About 86 adults with KS will take the drug daily in 28-day cycles. Researchers will monitor for side effects and check if tumors shrink.
