Summary
This study tested a drug called sEphB4-HSA in 23 people with Kaposi sarcoma, a type of skin cancer. The drug works by blocking the growth of blood vessels that feed the cancer and may also stop cancer cells from growing. The main goal was to see how many patients had a clinical response, and the study also tracked side effects and drug levels in the blood.
