Summary

This study compares a shortened MRI scan to the standard ultrasound for detecting liver cancer in 820 adults with liver cirrhosis. Researchers will also check if blood markers can help spot cancer early. The goal is to see if the faster MRI is more accurate and cost-effective for routine screening.
