This trial tests whether an artificial intelligence system can tailor the timing of follow-up scans for people who have had liver cancer surgically removed or ablated. Instead of fixed-interval scans every four months, the AI uses routine clinical data to estimate each person's current risk of recurrence and recommends the next scan at three, four, or six months accordingly.
