Summary

This study tests whether a drug called 4-aminopyridine can help men recover faster from nerve damage caused during prostate cancer surgery. The trial includes 70 men aged 45-75 who are having robotic prostatectomy. The goal is to see if the drug improves bladder control and sexual function compared to a placebo.
