Can a nerve drug restore function after prostate cancer surgery?

Summary

This study tests whether 4-aminopyridine (4-AP) can help men recover faster from nerve damage caused during prostate cancer surgery. About 70 men aged 45-75 with early-stage prostate cancer will take the drug or a placebo after their operation. The goal is to see if it improves bladder control and erectile function.
