3D ultrasound may offer safer lung lesion monitoring

Summary
This study will test if a new 3D ultrasound technique can accurately measure lung lesions and track changes over time. Researchers will compare the ultrasound results to standard CT scans in 300 adults with suspected lung lesions. The goal is to see if 3D ultrasound can be a reliable, radiation-free way to monitor lung disease.
