MONDO:0008840Ataxia-telangiectasia is the association of severe combined immunodeficiency (affecting mainly the humoral immune response) with progressive cerebellar ataxia. It is characterized by neurological signs, telangiectasias, increased susceptibility to infections and a higher risk of cancer.
