This study compares two common IVF medication plans (PPOS and antagonist) in 400 women with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) to see which leads to more successful pregnancies at 12 weeks. Participants are women aged 18-40 with PCOS who need IVF. The goal is to find the better approach for improving pregnancy rates in this group.
