Summary
This study looks at whether a 4-month Zumba program can improve heart health, hormones, and body measurements in overweight women. About 73 women, both before and after menopause, will be randomly assigned to either take Zumba classes or continue their usual routine. The goal is to see if regular dancing can help control weight-related health risks.
