Summary
This study looks at whether a 4-month Zumba program can improve heart health, hormone levels, and body measurements in overweight and obese women. About 73 women, both before and after menopause, will be randomly assigned to either take Zumba classes or continue their normal routine. The goal is to see if regular dancing can help manage weight and reduce health risks.
