Summary
This study is creating a large network of researchers and clinics across Texas to track the health of 5000 young people (ages 8-20) who have depression or thoughts of suicide. The goal is to build a registry and develop models to predict outcomes, not to test a new treatment. Participants will be asked to provide information about their mental health over time.
