Summary
This study is testing whether a yoga program for cancer patients and their caregivers can improve physical function and quality of life during radiation treatment. The research involves 400 participants with lung or esophageal cancer and their family caregivers, comparing yoga sessions against educational sessions. The goal is to see if yoga helps with fatigue, sleep problems, and overall well-being for both patients and those supporting them.
