Summary

This study tested a wrist-worn cooling device to see if it can reduce the severity of hot flashes in women and men. 27 participants wore both an active cooling device and a placebo device for two weeks each, recording their hot flashes in a diary. The goal was to compare the number and severity of hot flashes between the two devices.
