NCT ID NCT07695051
First seen Jul 10, 2026 · Last updated Jul 10, 2026
Summary
This study tests whether taking a daily cold shower (15-20°C) for 6 weeks can reduce the frequency and severity of hot flashes and night sweats in menopausal women aged 40-65. Participants are randomly assigned to either cold shower therapy or routine care. The goal is to see if this simple, drug-free approach offers relief.
