Summary

This study tests whether personalized marketing messages and discounts can encourage people with prediabetes or type 2 diabetes to switch from refined grains to whole grains when shopping for groceries online. About 216 adults aged 45-70 from the Philadelphia area who already shop online will participate. The goal is to see if these strategies help improve eating habits and manage diabetes.
