Summary
This study tests the WHO's ICOPE program, which uses regular check-ups on mobility, memory, nutrition, vision, hearing, and mood to catch problems early. About 1,000 adults aged 65 and older who already show early signs of decline will either get the program or usual care. The goal is to see if this approach can prevent further loss of independence over 3 years.
