Summary

This study looks at whether taking L-serine (an amino acid) with or without strength training can improve memory, thinking, and physical fitness in healthy adults aged 65 to 85. Over 48 weeks, participants will take either a placebo, L-serine, or L-serine plus strength training. The goal is to learn how diet and exercise support healthy aging.
