NCT ID NCT07535892

First seen Apr 21, 2026 · Last updated May 26, 2026 · Updated 6 times

Summary

This study tests a 10-week behavioral program to help people maintain weight loss after stopping GLP-1 or other anti-obesity medications. About 64 adults who lost at least 15% of their body weight on these drugs will be randomly assigned to extra support like tailored meals, gym membership, or mindfulness training. The goal is to see if these tools can prevent weight regain without needing lifelong medication.
