New study tests if lifestyle changes can replace Weight-Loss drugs

Summary

This study tests a 10-week behavioral program to help people maintain weight loss after stopping GLP-1 or other anti-obesity medications. 64 adults who lost at least 15% of their body weight on these drugs will be followed for 6 months. The program includes meal plans, gym membership, and mindfulness training to see if these tools can prevent weight regain.
