Summary
This study tests whether a wearable fitness tracker and a mobile app exercise program can help teenagers with cancer feel less tired and improve their quality of life. Fifty teens aged 13-18 will either follow an 8-week guided exercise program or receive standard care. Researchers will measure fatigue, physical activity, and well-being to see if this digital approach is safe and helpful.
