Can a fitness tracker and app ease cancer treatment fatigue for teens?
NCT ID NCT07337681
Summary
This study is testing whether a guided exercise program delivered through a smartphone app and monitored with a wearable tracker can help reduce fatigue and improve quality of life for teenagers (ages 13-18) who are receiving cancer treatment. Fifty participants will be randomly assigned to either use the 8-week exercise program or receive standard care while wearing the tracker for monitoring. The goal is to see if this digital approach is a safe and helpful way to support well-being during treatment.
