Summary
This study tests whether a wearable activity tracker and guided exercise app can reduce fatigue and improve quality of life in teens aged 13-18 who are undergoing cancer treatment. Half of the 50 participants will follow an 8-week structured exercise program using the wearable, while the other half receives standard care with passive monitoring only. Fatigue and well-being will be measured before, during, and after the program.
