Summary
This study is testing a new virtual reality (VR) version of a therapy exercise for people aged 18-65 with psychiatric disorders. The goal is to see if using VR avatars in dialogue exercises is practical, acceptable, and helpful. Participants will try one VR session and share their experiences through questionnaires and interviews.
