Summary
This study is testing a new virtual reality (VR) version of a therapy exercise for adults aged 18-65 with psychiatric disorders. The goal is to see if talking to VR avatars representing different emotional 'modes' is a feasible and helpful way to reduce self-criticism and improve self-compassion. Participants will try the exercise once and share their feedback through questionnaires and interviews.
