Summary
This study tested whether virtual reality (VR) exposure therapy could help people with epilepsy who feel anxious about their seizures. Fourteen adults used VR for 5 minutes twice a day over 10 days. Researchers measured anxiety, depression, and quality of life before, after, and one month later. The goal was to see if VR is a simple, effective way to ease seizure-related fears.
