Summary
This study tested whether virtual reality (VR) exposure therapy can help people with epilepsy who feel anxious about their seizures. Fourteen adults participated, using VR for 5 minutes twice a day over 10 days. Researchers measured anxiety, depression, and quality of life before, after, and one month later to see if the therapy made a difference.
